Migration is an area of law which an Agent or lawyer can assist and gain satisfaction from helping people gain something positive or defending their rights. This is the reason why Patrick and Anna has continued to practice in the Area of Migration Law and establish qh&partners. As required by Australian Laws, Patrick and Anna are also registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (The MARA), to give Migration advice.

Patrick Quan graduated from the Adelaide University, with a Bachelors of Law and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Studies, focused on Asian Business. Patrick has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the Law Society of South Australia and is admitted as a Barrister/Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Patrick has gained valuable work experience with a Commercial Property law firm, dealing with many facets of commercial property disputes and transactions. Soon after that Patrick worked with one of the largest local Migration practices in Adelaide. As an extra curricula activity to assist the community, Patrick devotes time and works pro bono as an executive board member of Developing Alternative Solutions to Housing (DASH) Inc, a youth housing corporation.
